SEAKNOW may collect your email address, report topic, selected package, optional starting URLs, generated research brief, payment status, delivery links, access tokens, support messages, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.

2. Report Content

Report topics and generated reports may contain personal or sensitive information if you provide it. Do not submit secrets, confidential business information, protected health information, or other sensitive content unless you have confirmed that the service and your use case are appropriate.

3. Payment Data

Card payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. SEAKNOW does not store card numbers on its servers. Stripe may process payment data under its own terms and privacy notices.

4. How Data Is Used

Data is used to create research plans, generate and deliver reports, process payments, send order and credit links, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

5. AI and Infrastructure Providers

SEAKNOW may use model providers, search providers, hosting infrastructure, email systems, analytics tools, and payment processors to operate the service. The final public policy should list the specific processors and regions once confirmed by the service owner.

6. Analytics and Cookies

SEAKNOW uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for product analytics and purchase measurement. Analytics storage is denied by default until you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner. If you decline, SEAKNOW keeps analytics storage denied for your browser.

The site may still use strictly necessary browser storage for choices such as language, theme, panel layout, authentication state, and cookie consent itself.

7. Retention

Order and report data should be retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, security, and legitimate product operations. A final retention period must be confirmed before this policy is treated as final.

SEAKNOW uses private delivery links and access codes, HTTPS in production, and third-party payment handling through Stripe. No online service can guarantee perfect security; protect your private links and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
