1. Service
SEAKNOW provides AI-assisted research report delivery. A buyer submits a topic, reviews a generated research plan, selects a package, pays through Stripe Checkout, and receives a private report link and PDF by email.
2. Research Scope
The report is created from the approved brief and available source context. SEAKNOW may use public web sources, buyer-provided starting URLs, and automated synthesis tools. Reports are informational and may contain incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.
3. No Professional Advice
SEAKNOW is not a legal, medical, tax, financial, investment, engineering, or other licensed professional advisory service. Buyers must verify important claims and consult qualified professionals before relying on a report for high-stakes decisions.
4. Payments and Credits
Payments are processed by Stripe. Report credits, if purchased, are valid for 6 months unless a different rule is stated at checkout. A credit is consumed when a new report generation is started from the credit pack.
5. Corrections and Refunds
If a report clearly misses the approved research brief, the buyer may request a corrected version. Refunds for unused credits and failed delivery should follow the final policy approved by the service owner. This draft currently assumes unused credits may be reviewed for refund within 14 days where legally required or voluntarily offered.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for providing lawful topics and source links, avoiding confidential information unless appropriate protections are in place, reviewing the generated brief before payment, and verifying the report before using it externally.
7. Privacy and Delivery
Reports are delivered through private links and access codes. Private links should be treated as sensitive. See the Privacy Policy for data handling details.
8. Availability
SEAKNOW may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, payment provider issues, source access failures, model provider outages, or other events outside reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SEAKNOW is provided as-is and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected report or credit pack. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
